Pineapple Orange Guava

Caffeine- Green tea contains less than 1/4 the amount of caffeine than a cup of coffee around the same size

Steeping- Use one cup of boiling water (Just when tiny bubbles rising to the surface) Let steep for recommended time whether it is black, green or herbal. After you remove the tea leaves add approx. 7-8 cups of ice cold water. Enjoy!
