Caffeine- black tea has les than 1/2 the amount of caffeine than around the same size cup of coffee
Steeping- Use one cup of boiling water (Just when tiny bubbles rising to the surface) Let steep for recommended time whether it is black, green or herbal. After you remove the tea leaves add approx. 7-8 cups of ice cold water. Enjoy!
